The new team seeks, and is making efforts, to fix the complex's issues while being genuinely kind in the process. Kyle, Mr. Man, and the rest of the team have been a breath of fresh air in management, hopefully signalling a positive turn around for this Shiloh Village complex.
Property has potential and the new team is actually much better than the last team. I was very amazed by the property manager expressing how he can turn this property around and I am here for it. Ask for kyle the property manager if you need any help, he has been beyond helpful with this new change over.

One week later. Fire hydrant and dumpster blocked again. If a fire breaks out, then what? Several units and buildings depend on this hydrant. Scary. The black car just hit the silver car, it was loud enough. He got out, looked at the back driver's side of his black car, and walked away. People always park next to the dumpster like this the last few months. Pretty much daily, after office hours. One day trash couldn't be picked up due to this kind of parking.
