I do not recommend Shiloh Apartments. I lived there until a month ago, and my experience was very negative. Living there was unpleasant due to several management and community issues. One of the employees, instead of helping keep the property clean and picking up the trash left around the grounds, often caused conflicts and disturbed residents. Met with Sandra Garcia recently for a tour, and she was great! She made me feel welcome and the whole process was extremely thorough. Her customer service is exceptional. Residents and management are definitely lucky to have her!
I live here and the staff is wonderful.
I Have lived here for a long time and in the last 4 to 6 months it has really started looking nicer. The staff that is here now is super nice and are Working so hard to make This property look and Be better . A lot of people say bad things but it is not all The way true. The staff That is there now is amazing and I am greetful they Are here now. The new company is doing so many good things for Us
