Had some recent health issues and fainted in the office. When I came to, every staff member was by my side making sure I was okay! These people are like family and go the extra mile to make sure their patients are 100%!! I will not go to another dentist, and I’m willing to drive the two hours it takes to come to Shiloh Family Dental!
Always get the 5 star treatment! And what other dental practice sends get well cards after a non dental related surgery? I love all of them!
It is really like sitting down with a family. My appointment was on time and very thorough. All upcoming appointments were explained. I will recommend them.
My first visit with Shiloh Family was by far the best dental experience I've had ever. They got me in quickly, provided forms to do before coming in to shorten the time in office, and were very easy to access over the phone when needed. The visit in office was very informative and I never felt as though i was trying to be sold beyond what I needed. The staff being relatable was also a huge plus! I definitely recommend them for all your dental needs!
The staff is wonderful at Shiloh dental. So helpful and kind. Service was fast and efficient. Tiffany was an excellent hygienist and Dr. Williams was informative and very nice.
I am so fortunate to have found Shiloh Family Dental. As a new patient, I didn't know what to expect. They made my visit a pleasant one, in spite of my tooth pain! Very friendly and assuring. Extremely helpful and informative. The whole experience was great. This is where I'll be going from now on!
Today was my third visit and I've had an excellent experience every time. I haven't had a better experience at the dentist. Dr. Williams and his staff are caring and concerned with my needs. It's nice to be in a dentist office that doesn't feel like a car dealership or mechanic trying to upsell me at every turn, with discount plans, unnecessary procedures, and a whole product presentation at each visit. Love love this place. I am very picky and look at every detail before I go to a new dentist. They are very sweet and kind. They care about their patients. I wasn't nervous at all. I recommended my husband so he will a patient there to.
