Loved the experience we had! First time our son lived on his own, and 4.5 hours away. Destiny and the folks at the office were fantastic to work with. They were responsive with any issue that arose and made him feel at home. My wife and I could not be more grateful for Shiloh Creek!

The Best Staff The staff there is amazing. Mainly Mechelle, she was very helpful and cheerful. Recommend the complex due to the staff and the remodeling.

Amazing new Team I'm going on the second year in this community and have not had one complaint about anything. The staff are all great at answering questions and getting back with u the same day. Everyone is always smiling the new management has absolutely made this community a Family all the neighbors are so friendly the dog park is a place for fur babies and us to socialize. The maintenance guys go above and beyond when told of any issue your experiencing it isn't pushed to the back burner. This who team deserves a 5 *****... read more

New Management The apartments were bought out by a new company and have a new management and leasing team who are super friendly and very helpful! They are also doing a ton of updates to the property
Horrible management I had way too many troubles with management here. They are extremely rude to college aged students. They acted like I was a hassle when I told them a black residue started popping up a month after I started living there. I was told they weren't there to clean my fridge. It never got fixed. They also tried to charge me for not paying last months rent (which I did). I showed them bank statements where I had paid them and they said it must have been an input error. None Horrible people!! Did not have a good conversation with the owners they were so rude I would never rent from them!!
Not Bad, Not the Best This is a college town where rent this close to campus is generally much higher than at this complex. The apartments are clean and roomy. The grounds are well maintained, as is the pool. That said, I must address the downside. The walls are thin, and each night we hear the downstairs neighbor scream her children to sleep. Though we are a ways from the road, we are frequently awakened by the sounds of drag racing. If you are a sound sleeper this may be the place for you in Russellville.
