It s a nice quiet place to live. Enjoy the location and the people that live there.
I have lived at Shiloh Creek Apartments for a while now.Things were kinda rocky at first but now they are under new managment and everything is GREAT! I have had a few things wrong with my apartment but the staff in the office had the maintenance men there in no time. As for h.ss review, I have NEVER seen a roach and neither have any of my frineds that live here as well. We go to tech and its a quiet neighborhood where we can study and not have to worry about loud parties going on. (like one other place here in Russellville)... read more
We moved in late October and so far the wall of plug ins in the kitchen does not work, the dishwasher wont drain all the way, and the a/c hasnt worked in months.....we have asked them to fix it numerous times and have gotten no response. the phone signal is terrible we hardly get any outside or inside. the apartment itself has a horrible layout, ours has this terrible dividing wall between the living room and kitchen that is awkward. the maintenance people are just rude. I appreciate the honesty by "h.s." Shiloh Creek apparently did not want my business because they acted like I was imposing on them every step of the way. They also tried everything to avoid giving us our deposit back after we moved out. These apartments are nice enough, and the amenities are fine, but be prepared to work with people who do not like you, are not helpful or polite, and want to get as much money from you as possible.
Im not sure why the previous review is so positive. I assume that it was written by their management. The reality is that this apartment complex is located in a bad area where there are lots of poor people. Trust me, you dont want to be in this type of area even if it saves you a dollar or two.Things will break down and they wont fix it. Theres no water pressure and the air conditioning barely even works.
