Just get ready for excessive rent increase every year. But in all the place is very nice and staff is very friendly. Just wish they were a way to stop the rent increase. But unfortunately it’s time to put this rent into a mortgage.
If you're "cool" with an A/C that only get the temp down to 82 degrees then this is the place for you. It's great when it's summertime and you call about the air and they recommend you just not lower the temp so low. Cause in America we like homes at 76+ degrees. I'd look elsewhere if i were you.
