If you're "cool" with an A/C that only get the temp down to 82 degrees then this is the place for you. It's great when it's summertime and you call about the air and they recommend you just not lower the temp so low. Cause in America we like homes at 76+ degrees. I'd look elsewhere if i were you.
I lived there for eights years. I was able to live well and afford to pay my bills. If you need a place to stay that has all your bills wrapped up in basically two payments (rent and electric), this is the place for you. You’ll pay for phone and cable other than the two mentioned. It’s very affordable! The townhouses have full size washers and dryers. You will not find a better maintenance and office staff.
Very people in the office help the customer michell is wonderful person said is nice person and the maintenance to I love that place 😀 ❤
