frozen-thawed fish is not sushi This place (next to the Sportsman's Lodge Hotel) was crowded at lunch time with a lot of regulars who sat at the bar. We were a group of 5, so we sat at a table & ordered a large sashimi platter & it was some of the worst sushi any of us had ever had. Sashimi is sashimi grade fish and cut and presented beautiful. The sashimi melts in your mouth. The Salamon Teriyaki is perfectly cooked: crispy skin but tender and most inside. The service is top service but also casual. The atmosphere is comparable to stepping into a Miyazaki film.
