Mr Shihadeh is a pathalogical liar. We hired him renovate our condo..big mistake. We are almost $100,000 in and the condo is not finished. There are so many isses with the work he has done that we needed to hire someone, pay more money and have them "fix" what his workers did. He has offered to come "fix" things but only after we attempted to get some of our money back.
