I waited 6 months for my review to see how the paint job looked after a few months. Our experience with Shift painting is mixed. We had kind of a rough start on the first day, but overall, the paint job looks nice. Our exterior painting was done 5/31/16 per HOA's request. We have a 7 year guarantee certificate from Shift Painting. Our back patio needs small areas of repainting, they're peeling. I've been in contact with their office 10 different times, no actions have been taken by them! I left 2 messages for Jim Bailey, supervisor, no response to date (11/10/19)!!

Not happy at all, seems like these people, Jim B*****;Vanessa M*****;Brittney (unknown last name); Morgan J*****;Scott T**** and more, don't give, not even, a little care about customer service/satisfaction at all. They paint the exterior of my house on March 2019, they did a very poor job in first place. Fascia is peeling and flaking since the first day they supposedly finished the job. Very unhappy. This company promised to refund $156 on 7/1/19 for paint overage. I have repeatedly asked for the refund and have not received it. They do not stand by their word.

Shift Painting did a wonderful job on painting the outside of the house. It was and extremely hot day and on painter did the job by himself. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is that they told me someone would be contacting me during the process and no one did. I guess since it was a weekend they decided it was ok not to do what's stated in the contract. So other than that I would recommend them highly.

I really wanted to write a good review, but I cannot. The guy who quoted the job was very detailed in explaining how the job would be done , but that is a far cry from what actually happened. Too many discrepancies to name. Was promised the job would be complete in 2 days, but after 4 days it still was not complete. Worked with the first project coordinator, but then she disappeared (quit?, Fired?, don't know) and suddenly had a different project coordinator. Great job. Delivered what they promised. The crew was polite and on time. Pairing job on the exterior was perfect. Price was very fair based on the quality. I would you them again. And highly recommend them
