Contacted this dealership because of the good reviews and because it was a buy here pay here place. was told at first the car was going to be 1500-2000 down which is no problem, was asked to do an application, and was then told I needed a cosigner or to trade in my other vehicle. Makes no sense to me how this dealership is buy here pay here but you gotta have good credit to get a vehicle????? Terrible service & rude employees.
Used to deliver parts here when I worked for Autozone and was referred to them by a friend/former coworker. Never expected to actually find and take home a vehicle today but thanks to Derek B. at Shift we got more than just a great deal. He was honest and to the point. Went in and got help immediately. Did there best as far as payments and down payment to make sure it worked for me. And made sure everything on the vehicle worked properly

At first I thought the place was great but haven’t Received my tags or plates I called them right before the dealership tags expired and asked if they had the plates this was on the 13th they said yes we will mail them out here we are on the 24th they Just now mailed them out and my tag expired on the 17th they are more worried about trying to sale my sister a car instead of getting my plates and tags to me I won’t be sending anyone to them
