i was lied to about tires that where taken off the vehicle.. I can acknowledge that amount of work that went into helping my family and I get into a newer vehicle! I drove 2 hours and Derek drove 1 hour so I can appreciate the effort to help and customer service. where the problem became was when I noticed the car did not come with the tires listed of the post. 4 bfgoodrich A/t worth about $900- $1000. this was one of the biggest reason we fell in love with the vehicle. my main problem was when derek stated he replaced tires... read more

My husband got a vehicle from here and they bought the vehicle back from the bank and did not tell us. They contacted the bank and told them my husband was no longer interested in the loan and purchased the vehicle back. When called and asked about the situation (TYLER) tried to fight us and told my husband he’s that white motherf****r that we need to watch out for. We have been looking for over 7 months to find the truck we want for our soon to be 16 year old son. We saw it online last night, drove over to look at it, test drove it this morning, made Tyler an offer, shook his hand and 30 minutes later drove off with the car!
