The facility is safe, well lit, impeccably clean and they were able to get my husband in for an MRI QUICKLY. the staff is kind, understanding and helps patients overcome their fear of “going in the tunnel”!We arrived early and the staff were even able to get him done before the scheduled time so we got home earlier. That makes a difference on a Sunday evening.😊 We’re happy to use Shields on Shrewsbury St in Worcester again!
