All of the staff are wonderful at Shields on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester. Everyone from the check in desk to the techs doing the scan. It was my 15 year old daughter’s first MRI and they helped it be a positive experience for her.
Love dealing with sheilds because no matter my weight, they don't make me feel obese.
My wife having problem with appointments scheduled by her oncologist. Shields is claiming she had an appointment on December 27, it wasn't listed in her Mychart so we didn't know. Then the appointment she had for the January 23 they have canceled it. She's going through enough without this crap.
