BEWARE.... I set up an initial appointment but, I asked 4 times for the cost of services with or without insurance BEFORE treatment was received. I was never given a clear answer. She just kept saying that she would have to turn it into insurance first However; that was not the question. I asked what the charges were even before insurance. After treatment for a slight adjustment because, I was having other issues and we wanted to wait for x-rays, roller bed, and stim $210.00 just for 1 visit. Not worth the time or the money. Staff is awful and inattentive, basically just leaves people to wait in very uncomfortable chairs and never acknowledges people are there waiting. Chiro service is no different than any other location and just basic adjustments which actually made my pain and overall health worse. I ended up going to an Acupuncture office and found relief in 2 visits. I have been to several chiropractors prior to my first visit with Dr. Shields, all for the same problem. Dr. Shields took the time to explain to me exactly why I was having so much pain and even went above and beyond what I was there for by explaining other trauma that caused other degenerative conditions. Not only did he take care of the pain I was there for, but he provided me with exercises to do at home to prevent further damage in an already existing condition. Many visits. Staff is friendly, quick and professional. Dr Shields is very good at what he does and makes you feel comfortable while adjusting you.
I don't think they're taking any new patients as I called 8 days ago and was told the Office Mgr would get back to me and no one has called! :o(
