On the fourth bill and now they want to do a skin and urine culture when it should have been done on the second bill.

I will not take my animals to a vet that won't allow me in the room when they give shots, nail clippings or other non surgical procedures. I could not verify what they did or what extras they were trying to charge me for. I could verify they clipped his nails. I don't know if they clipped all of them. They lost my trust.
This place is willing to break the laws for a bigger profit!
