We have been with Dr.Yoo for many many years back when we had a hard time caring for outside strays along with our own he was very compassionate and would give us a break on treating our animals along with the strays that would find their way to our door today we live in a completely different neighborhood but still take our pets to see the shields stone family They do a great job I have brought new to our house kittens in for care and we have taken some of our long-time family members to there final rest with the help of Sh... read more

They were very compassionate when I had put my dog down and I got my baby's ashes back in a timely manner and they called the next day to see if I was doing ok
I have 2 rescued fur kids !! I have complete trust in the doctors and staff at Shield Stone. Everyone is professional, kind and gentle even when I am extra worried about one of "my boys". The staff is like extended family.
I have been coming here for 40 plus years. They have been very fair, forthcoming, compassionate, loving, and caring. Through the years I have said my fairwells to several animals. Thier compassion during these hard times is very heartfelt. Simply put THEY LOVE ANIMALS. Wouldn't consider taking my animals elsewhere. This is the best place for me, and my fur babies.
Took my dog in when it was sick the staff and everyone there were really helpful and professional I would definitely recommend this place to anyone
