They installed steel roofing on my parents' home and did an outstanding job. The salesman was very informative and presented the system and financing options very professionally. The installation went very well, completed in one day by a very professional crew. My parents were very impressed with their work and the way they conducted themselves on site. All cleanup was completed by the end of the next day. I would recommend them to anyone considering replacing their current roof.

Shane took the time to explain the whole process with me. He answered all of my questions and assured me of the quality. When weather interfered with the start date, they kept me updated on when they would be at my house. They cleaned up when they were done. With three dogs at my house, this was very important to me. Beyond EXCELLENT service, from the very beginning to the very end. Whether in person or over the phone the service is beyond excellent. I went online to **** *******and read reviews on several different companies and Shield Exteriors LLC just kept popping back up for me. I honestly believe God was showing me who to get to do our metal roof. It looks fantastic. Praise God for Shield Exteriors. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. We received a cold call at the time we were looking for a contractor to repair our house roof. We had already inquired with several local contractors but had not received much response. We accepted the offer to meet with a representative from Shield exteriors. Our sales rep, Joey understood our needs and was very thorough in explaining the process. We had the standing seam style roof installed and the workmen were very professional and thorough. They took two days to install the roof and at the end of each day they made sure all around the house was picked up with no leftover screws, scrap bits or trash. Any questions I had they were more than happy to answer. They were very knowledgeable about the metal roof system they put on our house. If it didn't have a lifetime warranty, I would put the same roof on again. I won't have to worry about that now.
