I requested a virtual Estimate via ********. Due to the satellite imaging being blocked with trees they sent a salesman out to measure and go over my needs. I was impressed with the warranty and chose Shield Exteriors over 3 other estimates that I had received. I waited about 6 weeks and the the work was completed in 2 days. Very happy with how it looks!
The Shield Exteriors salesman Justin was very professional and courteous. He Came to our home and went over options for the roof as well as financing. He was available for questions after the sale and before the installation. The installation crew showed up on time was professional as well. They answered the few questions I had. Installation and clean up were done in the same day. Very satisfied with Shield Exteriors.
Very smooth and thorough operational. Nothing hidden. Every expectation was met or exceeded. Work was complete and tidied up in a day, with the refuse picked up the following afternoon. Thrilled to have the old roof taken care of.
