We have been pleased with our entire experience with Shield Exteriors. Clear explanations and descriptions from the sales rep and office/finance people. Very timely one-day installation of our beautiful new metal roof. We were treated very professionally and courteously by all, including the very efficient work/cleanup crew. Don't know how the experience could have been any better.
Shield Exteriors did a wonderful job installing my new steel Black roof with ice guard. They also installed new 6" gutters. Really came out beautiful. And I never have to worry about it as it came with a full lifetime transferrable warranty. Additionally, their office was a pleasure a to deal with and Ben was super responsive both during and after the sale.

We purchased a metal roof from Shield Exteriors and are very happy with the roof. The man that did the presentation did a wonderful job of telling us all about the company and how they are growing. Also all about the material that is used and how it would be installed. We received a call and the material was delivered the next morning and shortly afterwards 3 very nice guys came and installed the roof and were done in about 5 hours. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better roofing experience. The roof turned out beautiful and the entire process was smooth from the beginning. The sales representative, who met with us on Sept. 2, 2020, was very personable and spent about two-and-a-half hours with us, being very patient answering our questions and explaining every facet of the process.
