From sale to clean up there where no empty promises. What they said they would do is exactly what they did. The installer also went above and beyond to accommodate my request for installation of a attic power vent, bath vent and kitchen vent.
We were very impressed with our Shield Exteriors steel roof, looks great and it was even done in one day on a pretty large roof. From sales to installation everything was handled in a professional manner. The entire process went flawlessly!

I had Shields Exterior to put my metal roof on. They had the best warranty that I have ever heard of. They did a great job from start to finish from explaining to installation of the roof to clean up. I love my roof and the job they did.

I couldn't be happier with my new roof. Honestly, the entire process was incredibly easy. They walked us through the process, found us financing (with a VERY reasonable interest rate) and even managed to do the installation in half the time we were quoted at. They said our installation would be 8 to 10 weeks out. But once they realized my roof was leaking, they were out in 4 weeks and done THAT DAY! I've been on the roof, everything looks phenomenal. We had Shield exteriors replace our roof in the last couple weeks. The turn around time was a few weeks earlier than expected (which we are happy with!), the clean up was excellent. I have found no remnants anywhere, which is nice for the little bare feet we have running around. Everyone was very friendly and professional-from the office staff when we had to reschedule to the work crew. We are very pleased.
