They don’t call you back.
I've tried calling multiple times to make an appointment and the guy that answers keeps hanging up on me every time I tell him that I'm a new patient. Worthless. Actually you're incorrect, it said you were still open and the hours listed on Google said you were still open so maybe check your facts. Also nobody said anything about calling me back. He hung up on me. I called at 430 and it says you're open until 5 so yeah you're stupid and wrong!
On time, very professional. Will bend over backwards to help if you are willing to do your part.
