Dr, Shiba's care over the last 12 years has been exceptional. I have had of course routine check ups and several crowns. His quality, client manner & customer service is the tops as is that of his entire staff. I always know that he genuinely cares, manages pain so well, and does his work with sincere interest in my well-being. I find him honest and very skilled. I have the utmost confidence in his abilities. His staff is equally well qualified and I am so pleased that I found Dr. Shiba for my dental care. The best!
exams, cleanings, simple fillings, crowns. Although I started with Dr. Shiba's (former) partner, when she retired, I continued with him. My wife and son have both used Steve as their treating dentist, and I have referred colleagues to him. I drive 15 miles, one way, to get to his office, now.
I was referred to Dr. Shiba to have my silver fillings removed and replaced with porcelein fillings. I was so impressed with his kindness, patience, gentleness, good humor and thoroughness. All the support staff in the office are just like Dr. Shiba!! My daughter also went to Dr. Shiba for veneers. We were thrilled with the beautiful results. We can't say enough good things!!
Dr Shiba has been my denstist for 15 years on an off as I have moved in and out of CA ,and while he is expensive I have never had as good an experience with a dentist. He genuinely cares about teeth. He stays up to date on all the latest technologies and practices and is most concerned about doing what's right for the patient. Dr. Shiba is personable, thorough, honest, caring, highly skilled,knowledgable. I have confidently recommended him to many. Jean, his sister and hygenist, is wonderful. Judy, at the front desk, always knows my name and voice on the phone!! Amazing!! I LOVE these guys.

I was surprised at how painless Dr. Shiba's treatment was. I have been back several times. My crown that he did is flawless. I also had my old silver filling removed by him. He did a great job. I have also sent friends to him and they had the same reaction that I did. They all said they did not feel pain. The hygienist in his office does a very through job...I am very happy. He also refered my son to a great orthodontist near my home.
Excellent quality service. Very conservative in treatment, very careful and thorough.
