well this will be my first time coming to this Shi Shi's Lounge for consultation and redo my locs! Okay, so I went in for my first visit. Went for a precision short cut. Was a little nervous due to the bitter few who wrote negative comments. I'm so glad I didn't pay any attention to that nonsense. I am very happy with my new cut. Shi Shi's is a friendly, relaxed environment. They care about their customers. Tell them what you want and you get it. I went in looking a mess and came out looking fabulous. Very happy!! Thank you ladies. Looking forward to my next visit.
The salon is truly a Diamond In the ruff of Worcester. There is ample parking near the shop and it is easy to find as you drive down the street. The shop is clean and brightly lit inside. Dina Jean Noel did an excellent consultation and I felt confident about my hair styling options. They have amazing communication via email, phone and text. I will be back and recommend other busy professionals who are looking for a great salon.

I got my hair pressed with the stylist Ray Ray on my first visit, she was rude and didn't have the courtesy to ask how I wanted my hair styled, and proceeded to talk over me . My second experience I was booked with the other stylist, but Ray made the student (Vanessa) do my hair. Vanessa was very nice but it took 5 hours to do a rod set. I was shoved in a little dryer with rods in my hair, after repeatedly stating that my neck was hurting. I didnt even get a chance to try it. The rude lady who answered the phone apparently doesn't want customers!! She did everything possible for me to NOT schedule. All I wanted was a wash & blow dry. I'll never go here or recommend it. ���
