My husband and I saw Dr. Shettle last year for our eye exams. We found the exams to be very basic -not thorough looking for eye problems like we received from previous optometrists, but mostly focused on getting an updated prescription. We will be trying a different optometrist this year. I will say that the female optician in the office is very good at finding glasses that look good on you. But the exam, not so good.
He is always kind and informative. Went to his dad many years ago, and his brother a few years ago. They are all fantastic.
the exam was less than thorough the eyeglass technician, Sandra, was less than helpful and I was charged $130 for him to look at my cornea for my contact lenses never heard of that in all the years I've been getting eye exams. Would not recommend them. Did not appreciate their attitudes.
RecommendedFirst, the offices are immaculate. You can see cleanliness is a high priority. Second, the greeting and charisma given at check in was appreciated. Third, the care given with explanations were very professional and caring. Highly recommend Dr. Shettle.

Very happy with their services. Highly recommend. Professional and thorough.....could not be more satisfied. I happenstanced on them a few months ago and will remain a loyal patient. I was in a bad spot on Saturday, and they let me come right in and Dr. Shettle made sure I was good over the 3 day weekend. I had an inflammation. of the eye and again...made sure I was going to be comfortable while the required medication did its magic. 2 thumbs up.

It was extremely easy to get a new patient appointment so quickly! The staff is amazing and the Father Philip Shettle (Ophthamologist) was who I saw and out of all the Eye Dr's out there he has the best bedside manner and spends a great deal of time with you. Dr. Todd Shettle was also very friendly. I highly recommend!
