Wonderful from start to finish! Dr. Shettle, Brian and the entire staff were professional, thorough, and friendly. Within 30 minutes of arriving, Dr. Shettle improved my vision 100%. This is no exaggeration! I'm seeing better than I have in years. Brian was great! He helped me pick a great pair of frames, and cut through the insurance gobbledygook to keep my costs low. Yesterday morning I broke my eyeglasses! The arm hinge snapped off. I went to Shettle Family Eyecare and was so well taken care of. I picked out new frames and was told it would take 7 days for new glasses!! Ashley called in my order and told them it was an emergency(it was, since they superglued my old glasses together) and I crossed my fingers!! We had a great experience with Shettle Eye Care. We've each had a couple appointments and each time it was smooth process. The office is full of a friendly staff and everyone is very well educated. We called to say we were running a few minutes late and they told us not to worry and we wouldn't lose our appointment.
