Sheryl was recommended to us by our agent in the Twin Cities. (In the future, I would not use agents from the same company.) She had good points and bad. First the good: Her knowledge of the area seemed strong and she seemed to be clued into details regarding sellers and of homes we viewed. I found Sheryl Homan to be steady and up to date with information and ideas to get my home sold. With difficulties close to closing time, she remained optimistic yet realistic, with another interested buyer in mind.
