I love my apartment, know major problems I hate the fact laundry isn’t suitable for usage.
This place is a disgrace to the neighborhood!! Management doesn’t care that their dumpsters are too small to hold all the garbage accumulated by their tenants in each unit! There’s squirrels and crows picking away at the trash. Which then is spread out to private homes around the complex. The critters and the windy days contribute to the horrible mess. Believe all the one, two or three star reviews and ignore all the fake five star reviews. You are pretty much on your own once you move in. If there are any issues with the apartment, it will take quite some time for the issue to get resolved, if it ever gets resolved. If you are considering a move here, it should only be because this is your last choice. If there are other options, take them. Drive around the complexes to see the condition of the place.
