I was treated wirh respect .everyone was nice and friendly.even the lab staff were friendly and talked with me explained what they were doing and why.
I have been going to Sherwood Urgent Care for over 10 yrs now and will never go any where else, I have never been unhappy with the care I receive, Everyone is is always nice.
I went in with horrible pain, suspected I had shingles. My wait time wasn't bad, and the staff and dr were great. I was treated with professional care and kindness. And I was correct, I do have shingles.
I visited on Christmas eve. I signed in, sat down. Got called up 20 minutes later to fill out paperwork. Sat down. Called up 10 minutes later for insurance information. Day down. Got triaged 15 minutes later and moved to a different waiting room. 20 more minutes to exam room. 45 minutes before I saw the ANP. The regular practitioners were not there but some "rent a practitioner" was filling in. With only 2 people ahead of me I was at the clinic for 4 hours. There was only one Nurse practioner there and maybe two nurses. It took me over 3 hours and had to go back today to straighten out my meds. One had been left off. My phone call to try and straightened out by phone was never returned. Poorest service I have ever had there. The staff that was there were friendly and caring but were from Little Rock and NW Ar so they didn't know my local drug store closed at 2 on Sat. SLOWEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN!!! I have NEVER been there and it take less then 3 hours!! Today I am past the 3 hours and still haven't even been called back yet
I went 10 minutes to closing, I felt terrible for coming in so late. But I did my paperwork hoping to be seen but the lady at the desk said that my insurance card was not working and ended with saying that it was inactive. Which is not true because I have Crohn's Disease and a bladder disease. I just went to the doctor Thursday for test and had a regular prescription picked up Friday night and one ready. After leaving the place I went to Walgreens and picked up my prescription without any issues with my insurance. So thank y... read more
