Set in the room for over 2 hours waiting for a simple CDL physical! Terrible customer service!

I've been a long time patient of dr Chad Sherwood's their team is really good get me in quick get me out quick work with my insurance I look up to them
I really love this place! From the receptionist, lab technician to nurses and doctors I feel they are great! They are so compassionate and efficient! I went in yesterday so sick and they were quick and thorough and they were so kind! When you are so sick kindness goes a long way!!! I finally feel like I’m on the road to recovery after a month of being so sick!!!
This place is a scam. Both times I've been there, I've been overcharged for my co pay; the first time $15, and the next time $35. I've called about it both times but this time is the last straw. I waited 20 mins "in line" on the phone and just when I was next in line the automated answering told me that no one was available and that I had to call another time. I believe they make you wait that long in line so you get annoyed and just pay. But if you have the balls to wait they just hang up on you. Never going back here again... read more
It used to be great, until a rude lady started working up front.
It's the wrong place to go if you need a DOT physical. They don't know what they are doing because they don't know the the rules and regulations. I hope my husband's company changes to a different facility soon.
