They take good care of you & treat the problem head on... don't try to send u to a bunch of doctors
We have used Sherwood in Conway for years for our whole family. The last year, we have received declining customer service. Today was the last straw. The front desk receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. They won't be getting business from me or my family any longer. 10 minutes down the road at another urgent care clinic, I was treated with professionalism and a smile.
I recently took my sister to the Sherwood urgent care as she was complaining about abdominal pain. We waited for 3hours and when we finally got to see the doctor, her face expression wasn't showing any kind of compassion, it seems like she was mad to see both of us in the room waiting, she barely greeted us with real mean face.when the nurse told her that I was there to translate for my sister( she is visiting the country) she threw me a slight apology..she took about 5mins to check my sis and decided to run some tests, we h... read more
I recently visited the Sherwood Urgent Care in Conway, AR. I waited a while (which was expected) and then when the nurse came and got me she was a little rude. (Probably having a bad day) the doctor came back, that was fine, and then I went to check out. This woman was the most rude person I have encountered in a while!!! The staff could not have been more spectacular. The wait was to be expected, but I was in and out in an hour. Receptionists, nurses, and doctors were all in a great mood and treated me with respect and appropriate haste. They listened to my needs and gave me great treatment. Even being as sick as I was, I walked out of there in a good mood.
What a rude staff(nathatha?) She so so mean. Don't visit. I asked her Wi-Fi password She said they don't have Wi-Fi anymore. Great service.
Recently switched from Primecare Walk In Clinic to this place and I will never go back! So impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the time they take with you, and the comfort and understanding they have always provided me!
I have been going to this urgent care for over a year. This past week was the first time I've ever had to wait very long. Them billing like a PCP actually does me a favor, saves me $15!!!
HORRIBLE PLACE. Extremely rude staff. Made my 17 year old cry (she never cries), as she was extremely sick and finally refused her service when she only had enough money to pay the $50 copay (as stated on our INSURANCE card) with the words to her and her father "I have no problem not helping you".
