I have the flu and they did not send in my prescription like they said they would
RecommendedI used to drive to Mayflower to ARcare. The dr was amazing but the receptionist was a different story. After my appointment was cancelled two hours prior and treated rudely, I came to Sherwood and have never looked back! My entire family has been seen here. They are quick but very thorough!
After a misunderstanding on my part, I was on the phone with my insurance to get my ID # because I hadn’t received my card in the mail and the insurance website happened to be down that morning so I couldn’t get a temporary printable copy. The receptionist said she needed a card from my insurance and even after getting my ID # from the nice lady with my insurance on the phone the receptionist still wouldn’t take the # or act like she cared to help me. Fast and courteous. Very clean
they treated me wiith very low antibiotics for 4 days It is worse after 4 days 4 shots low dose .now they want me to get beaver dose and if it don't work go to the RE LOL BUNCH OF CHILDERN IN THERE THAT NO NOTHING EXCEPT SELLING PILLS SHOTS NEVER TOLD ME WHAT IT IS THEY DON'T CARE .IT IS A INSECT BITE I'VE HAD THIS BEFORE .IRRISPONSBLE STAFF CHILDREN
I went in for a drug screen and they said that they don't give drug screens. I said that it says you do on your window. She said, I think you should leave because she thought I was being sarcastic. I walked out and got a drug screen from Med-Express urgent care at 805 Oak street in Conway for 29.00 with immediate test results. I don't understand why this place doesn't give fast friendly service like Med Express. Maybe that's why there was no one waiting and there were 5 people waiting at Med-Express.
