I have been there twice both times for different reasons. I was treated with the utmost care from the time I arrived and checked in till the time I left. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The APN that treated me, Julie, I think was her name both visits. She was very thorough and caring and explained my diagnosis very clearly and understandable. Dr Mcbay really listened to me. For over an hour we went over past and current medical issues. He's a really good dr.
Worst medical experience I have ever had. Showed up a few minutes after they opened. Sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours watching people go in and out who arrived after me. Overheard the receptionist say to the other receptionist "We've got 10 DOT physicals we have to take first" "Why do they go first?" "We make more off physicals" "That's going to cause a 4 hour delay". It's been 3 hours I'm sick and still have not been seen. Please never come here. They put profit over patient health.
I've been here three times now. I have yet to wait over an hour and everyone is helpful and pleasant. My joke of a pcp doctor at Banister Lieblong is only available from 10:30am-2:30pm. What a joke. I get better care at far better hours at Sherwood Clinic.
I made a snap decision to stop in Sherwood Urgent Care, Conway, after driving 4 hours just to get home & get in bed. It was Labor Day 2016 & I was really feeling rough. I have very high expectations regarding customer service, but I was doubtful I would even get to see anyone so late on a holiday.
