I've been a resident for over four years now and have enjoyed living here. Even though it's an older building, the amenities are nice and maintenance is timely and the work is done well. The management is also very responsive and easy to reach. Appreciate how management is regularly looking for ways to improve our living experience. Great place to live! The units are spacious, laundry is in-unit, and the gym downstairs is very convenient. Management is friendly and quick to help.
I've been at Sherwood for over 4 years and enjoy living here! I appreciate how management and maintenance are responsive and have been upgrading the building overtime (such as the gym, leasing office, elevators, mail room, etc). One of the elevators was down for a while for an upgrade, but now works well - currently waiting for the second elevator's upgrade. Close proximity to CMU and Pitt. Good amenities (rooftop patio and grill, in unit/building laundry, small gym, indoor garage, storage, etc).
This is my second year living here at Sherwood Towers and my experience has been great both years. Staff are very professional and friendly. Maintenance is quick, timely, and thorough. Unit is clean and spacious and there are plenty of amenities including in-unit laundry, extra storage, indoor garage (life-saver in the winter months), gym with updated equipment, a lounge area, and a rooftop with a fire pit and bbq grill.
