I've been living here for about a year and a half, and it's been great! The manager and staff are friendly and go out of their way to help the tenants, and my neighbors are very... well, neighborly! It's not luxurious, but it's clean and everything is kept up very well, and the rent is very affordable. Also very pet-friendly, as long as you clean up after your dog.
