Very nice and honest. I like that he told me I didn't need drugs while other doctors pushed them. He instead wanted to look at all tht factors and determined I didn't need them
Dr. Eshaghian comes into the exam room totally prepared, having read and remembered everything in your medical record. The appointments are efficient yet he will spend as much time with you as you need. He has a very well run office including a very good PA.
Dr. Eshaghian has been my cardiologist coming up on ten years. He has also been involved with various members of my family. He is kind, whip-smart and a brilliant diagnostician. As my review title suggests, Dr. Eshaghian does not waste time, but he will spend as much time as you need. Great office and nursing staff as well.
My father had heart issues and went to a hospital in his area in Fullerton. They told him he had a few days to live, needed a new valve and no one would do one on someone his age - and sent him home. I contacted a noted doctor at another hospital who said there were two doctors who would do it. Unfortunately, that doctor left on a 5 week honeymoon and neglected to arrange it with the dr at Cedars, Dr. Makkar. When he returned he said it was too late. Recently I received a bill from this physician for $400.00. The description was “Administrative Fee”. I called the billing co.; they called the physician’s office and the fee was waived. I have never, ever, heard of a physician charging an administrative fee. Incredible! Current and future patients beware!!!
My husband has been a a patient of Dr. Eshaghain for many years.... throughout that time he has always taken great care at the appointment to review any test result and any other information that was provided to him to provide the appropriate care for my husband. He has personally placed calls to us to discuss results and give his opinion as to what to expect going forward as well as to put our minds at ease as to our concerns. Supporting staff was great, but the Dr. shouldn't have a medical license. Behaved unprofessionally, was disrespectful, and showed no care for the patient. Showed up with his pants sagging to show off his designer belt. He was more interested in looking 'cool' than treating patients.
My dad has been seeing this doctor for many years. As he has aged, I’ve started taking him to these appointments. The office staff has never been friendly. Each year the administration fee has been higher and now it’s $400 annually to see the doctor. The last two times I took my dad he waited over an hour past his appointment time to see his doctor and Dr. Eshaghian spends less than 60 seconds in the room. First appointment and I couldn't have been more impressed with the Doctor and his entire staff. Nice to have someone like him available.
