The " renovations" done to this place was rip out the grass and replace it with plastic linning and rocks that flood the apartment walkways. You can't ask maitnence to do anything without having to put in a request that takes 3 days to adress and then it takes 3 more days to show up. The neighbours are rude and nosey. If I could give this place 0 stars I would I spoke to the lady who answers the phone to see the availability for a 2 bedroom apartment but I guess I called the wrong place I wanted to call the apartments called “latitude “ and she had such a nasty attitude saying “oh I work there as well” I was trying to get info on any available units and she’s like “those are rented out already “ she didn’t provide any information such as “but we do have available units for next month” she was extremely rude I called her out for it and she... read more

There are a few laundry rooms and if you're lucky ... read more

I lived with my family at The Palms from December 2019 to October 2024. I lived in the apartment number 43. In apartment 41 lives an elderly person (an old woman) who doesn't care about the time or the day. She doesn't speak... she screams like an army sergeant. She doesn't respect schedules. When I returned early in the morning, every word he said could be heard in the dining room of my apartment. I went out to the patio and his conversations could be heard there every day, any time. Most of the time she would talk on the p... read more
