If I could give this place 0 stars I would I spoke to the lady who answers the phone to see the availability for a 2 bedroom apartment but I guess I called the wrong place I wanted to call the apartments called “latitude “ and she had such a nasty attitude saying “oh I work there as well” I was trying to get info on any available units and she’s like “those are rented out already “ she didn’t provide any information such as “but we do have available units for next month” she was extremely rude I called her out for it and she... read more

Note: This review is for Sherry Lane Garden Homes. Later, horrible new management changed the name to The Palms. Stars are for The Palms' management. Sherry Lane Garden Homes: This is a BEAUTIFUL, quiet community with a great manager. Some units have a garage space or two and some even have their own (outside) laundry. There's a community pool, BBQ, and gym too! Downside is zero guest parking. Every unit gets two assigned parking spots, either in a garage or on the property. I lived with my family at The Palms from December 2019 to October 2024. I lived in the apartment number 43. In apartment 41 lives an elderly person (an old woman) who doesn't care about the time or the day. She doesn't speak... she screams like an army sergeant. She doesn't respect schedules. When I returned early in the morning, every word he said could be heard in the dining room of my apartment. I went out to the patio and his conversations could be heard there every day, any time. New management that has upgraded the entire property. New landscaping, new renovations. Love the property as it is quiet and well maintained.
