I lived with my family at The Palms from December 2019 to October 2024. I lived in the apartment number 43. In apartment 41 lives an elderly person (an old woman) who doesn't care about the time or the day. She doesn't speak... she screams like an army sergeant. She doesn't respect schedules. New management that has upgraded the entire property. New landscaping, new renovations. Love the property as it is quiet and well maintained.

New management is extremely rude and have no regard for the people that have lived there for years. The lady in the front office is EXTREMELY rude. Everytime she has spoken on the phone with anyone in my household, she hangs up before anyone is able to speak.

My dad has lived there for 30 years. In all of this time, they have never updated the carpeting, painted, or made any attempt to maintain the property in a respectable way. They have no interest in the residents, or maintaining the properties. Property owners have divorced themselves from any responsibility to maintain a safe living space. They only want to increase profits.
