I love Brandy that cuts hair at this salon. I do have a problem with the manager and her attitude towards the other employees. She is very rude to them and also talks to the employees like they are dirt on the floor. If it wasn't for Brandy I would not return. A client should not have to feel the tension, or watch it. I had an appointment at 4 pm. I go in and wait for 25 min! At 4:25 Pm I was told that there were still two people in front of me at 4:25 pm. At this point I explain to them that I had a scheduled appointment for 4 PM. She then asks me "It's just for a hair cut right?". Um ya a hair cut and color... Stop wasting peoples time! A $10 Hair cut is not worth this. Unless you want to wait all day for an appointment this isn't the place for you.
I seriously need to say that I love the service I have received at this salon. It's a low key, stress free atmosphere and I have never had better nails....ever! It's a great place!
I love this place I been going there for about 4 mouths now and ever time I go Heather does my hair and she does it the way I like it I love this place have been the for about 2 mouths know but this week I go in to get my hair done I live this place any one who has a problem with sherry k I sorry I love this place the staff are all good at there job and sherry is the best and they all love me the one who know me
Terrible service! Sherry will destroy your look and charge extra for the terrible work she and her staff do. You mind as well pay a kindergarten to do your nails and hair if you go here. And they offer no refunds what so ever. They need to be shut down.
Be careful who you go to. My daughter's hair is a mess and she (I believe her name is Mika) charged her $105 for one color and a trim for short hair.) Plus there is hair dye all over my daughter's face, her hair was cut uneven! I've never paid that much! The most i've paid from a higher end salon was $80 for a full weave and a cut/style! My daughter is too nice and afraid to hurt people's feelings but she has cried for hours and now she has to pay someone else to fix her hair. Horrible had to wait and when I got my hair cut it still was bad I had way better cuts and this was my worse never again will I wait for horrible hair cut!!
