Still in my first lease with Sherrill realty. Have had nothing but a fine experience so far. I've already renewed my lease! Great people.
Be very careful....read the fine print carefully and do not listen to what is said because it might just not match up. You'd think an application being turned in for approval would buy you a few hours ( not days....hours!) to pay the deposit and rent after approval. Nope you pay the deposit and get approved at the same time apparently. Makes no sense whatsoever..NONE!!!!!! Shady shady shady. So happy we discovered before renting. I believe we dodged a bullet.
Amazing staff and amazing prices! However, I wanted to write this because my only complaint is the washer and dryers at Sherrill Plaza are in disrepair! I just had to drive to the grocery store because I had exactly enough money to dry my clothes and what appears to be a brand new dryer took my money again for the third time this month (different ones each time). I checked to make sure it was plugged in and their was no kind of warning that "Hey, this dryers broke!" I ended up having to air dry my clothes till I could get ch... read more
They are a great property management company. We are in our 4th year of leasing with them. Whitney and Lori are the best.
