We love all the staff at SJB- they are always so helpful regarding anything related to Jewelry. Appraisals, costume pieces, gift suggestions, artistic design, precious stones- They have it all right here in Downtown Tigard!
The whole team is absolutely AWESOME! And it's not just the great customer service. They also provide an incredible range of services and jewelry. They've repaired antique jewelry for me, created new pieces from old settings, created new settings for my loose stones, and have a wide variety of choices. I send all of my friends and family to them since I know we can trust them with any project.

I inquired ahead making sure they had items within my small budget and metal needs and Laura quickly replied with a yes and a picture of a ring I fell absolutely in love with. I even added a ring of my own that needed to be sized. The turn around time was amazing. I ended up needing the one I bought resized a little bigger Sherrie paused what she was working on to do mine. I was there for 15 minutes. Amazing staff and family owned. My forever jewelry store!!
Best in customer service! I've had rings sized and repaired, and they are always done on time and at reasonable price. My rings were repaired in-house, instead of being shipped to wherever to be lost or stolen in transit like the big guys do! Go to Sherrie's instead, you can't go wrong.
More then satisfied! Waited to almost the last minute to pick out my wedding band for my wedding next week. Everyone there worked as a team to help me find exactly what I was looking for. So many beautiful things to choose from. I got my ring sized and finished and it's ready for my big day! Great customer service! You guys rock, thanks so much!
