I tried to call and get my record transferred to a dermatologist who is more patient friendly and who takes time to talk things out. The phone number is not in service, and the online status shows 'permanently closed.' It would have been nice to be notified of this situation so I could get my record before this dermatologist disappeared.

Hardly any wait time, Dr saw me promptly and diagnosed my issues. Prescribed the meds that worked over a period of one month. Sure will miss her after this month.

We have been very pleased with her work. She has did different procedures for both of us. The first time I went to her she diagnosed a problem I had and gave me pictures of the condition explaining it. I had been misdiagnosed for years.

Made an appointment and scheduled time off work to attend, was called roughly two days prior and the appointment was to be cancelled, the provider needed to leave early that day. The next soonest appointment was over a week later. The morning of the second appointment they cancelled that appointment as well, again nothing available until at least next week. I just tried calling 3x to make an appointment. The receptionist answers "Dr. Williamson's office please hold" click. After being on hold for 5 min, they hang up on me.... 3 TIMES!!!! That is very rude and does not give me a good impression. A receptionist should answer the phone by saying "Dr. Williamson's office can you please hold", then wait for you to answer "yes", then say "okay, thank you". That just seems common courtesy! As an approaching senior I felt compelled to leave a review. I have been a patient here for many years and 3 offices. I have NEVER as an established patient been told the dr isn’t available to you. What? Not even making appts? You are not that special I have had multiple diagnosis of skin cancers here resulting in radiation and MOHS surgery. And the dr is now too busy for established post cancer patients? I am insulted and outraged. And your office is too busy for established patients.?

Do not ho to this dermatologist! She is a rip off! She does not use laser and told me the non cancerous skin cells on my back could not be removed with laser but only by freezing them off, which was a complete lie! I went to her wanting to get some relief by having these places on my back removed because of itchiness and uncomfortable feeling ! She lies ! A complete waste of good money! Do not go here! You are throwing your money down the drain! Her office is nice but she will not help you!

Dr. Williamson is so awesome, I have been with her since my teen years when I started having cystic acne and it went away and then came back and she has got me on a really good regimen. She always gives samples and coupons, you can tell she's not trying to make a buck but truly cares about the work she is doing. Always super sweet and the staff is great too.
