I had a problem with my Sonic, took it in and cost me$1400 and it wasn't fixed, took it back a second time and still not fixed. I guess the 3rd time was the charm because the husband took it back and said you gotta drive it like you stole it and they figured out what was wrong. They replaced the bad part at no additional charge. My car runs like a champ now.
Once you buy from them they will not return calls or help with anything. Do not buy from here. Zero stars!

My Chevy broke down on a trip to Idaho. I was 240 miles from home and Triple A towed me to Sherrell Chevrolet. Mark, the lead technician was responsive and did everything he could to issue a work order and release a rental for me local to where I live. Diane in warranty helped process the paperwork and reimbursed me for the maximum out of pocket expenses available. All in all, they made a painful experience relatively pain free. Would definitely not recommend breaking down, but if you have to, do it near Sherrell Chevrolet.
Bought another Chevy today! Tyler was awesome to work with. He knew exactly what I was looking for!
