Breanne ~ I apoligize for your disapointing visit you had to our dealership. It is never our intention to have a customer walk away with a bad feeling about our store. I talked with our service manager and he told me that the two visits were unavoidable for the type of recall you had. We have customer loaner vehicles that usually go out to customers that leave their vehicles for a day or so, but no rentals. Since our loaners were all out we didn't have one to give you.
