Food, atmosphere, and service were all terrific, each in a special way. When we arrived at Sherman's Allison greeted us like one would greet a friend, not a customer she'd never met. We were seated at a comfortable, quiet, and inviting table and the true southern hospitality continued with our waitress Crissy, she was fantastic. I travel a lot and have a hard time finding a decent steak but this place is exceptional. The best steak I've had in awhile, you may have to wait a bit but come on a steak that good is worth waiting for and my experience is the really good restaurants you have to be willing to wait in line cause everyone else wants some of that to
Friendly staff. Service was great ! Restaurant was clean, and had a nice atmosphere. My waitress always ahead of me asking for anything. Napkins, refill on drinks, Salads, and rolls. She had it there before we had to ask. My Steak was perfectly cooked . Tender and had a great flavor. No steak sauce needed.

I live out of state but wanted to treat a family member to a great steak dinner. He's in an assisted living facility in Greenville and unable to drive. Sherman's Restaurant not only prepared a feast fit for a king but delivered it to my uncle at the retirement home! And texted me pictures of my very happy uncle! I cannot thank them enough for going out of their way for my family. Truly remarkable people and outstanding food!!! Thank you very much!
Atmosphere was FAIR, service was FAIR, food was sort of FAIR (I ordered a philly steak sandwich and I got a rib-eye sandwich that was a little fatty/grissoly.....) I did keep food because I did not have time to wait but I will not do that again, BUT fries were HOT!! :) *****Owners responded very positively and therefore deserve a 5 star review!!
We L💙VE Sherman's! It is always delicious and our go-to place for anniversary and birthday dinners as well as special occasions.
