I had a great experience with Dr. Kahen and his entire team. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making it a smooth experience. Nobody asked me to complete this but I genuinely feel the need to. This is the best dentist I have ever had. Dr. Aaron is kind, calm, personable, considerate, and explains everything in an understandable way. He is so polite and never seems annoyed when I am being annoying and he is very caring to me and to his patients. Tina is also an amazing receptionist. I chose this dental office mainly because it is close to me, but overall my experience has been disappointing compared with other dental offices I have visited before. The biggest issue for me has been the waiting time and overall organization. In my experience, the average wait time has often been around 30–40 minutes before being brought in, and then another 10–40 minutes depending on the procedure. From the very first phone call to the appointment itself, the experience was absolutely amazing. My husband gets extremely anxious about visiting the dentist, but the team made him feel so comfortable and at ease. Everything was smooth and efficient, and now he’s actually looking forward to his next visit!
Honestly so happy to have found Dr. Aaron Kahen. Helped me through a lot of major dental work and all have been a pleasant experience. I’ve recommended two others to him and they share the same experience
