Medical staff was just simply amazing. Only problem that I have encountered is at the intake part when you first walk in in an ER. The lady that was taking our information to check my dad in was absolutely totally miserably rude. Was lazy and utterly rude, kept saying how the waiting time to get called in was 2h hours, basically don’t bother sitting around waiting and here’s my dad who is 83 with congestive heart failure being sort of kind of turned down by an intake front person. This hospital is use to people not following through. I can honestly say this is our first and last visit here. Thank God I recorded the visit and now I will sue. See I don’t care at all about messing with me but messing with my children will bring the worse out of me. On top of that I hate dealing with PAs it’s like dealing with the “middle man” . First I was not sure about the wound clinic, I took my mom in as my last hope of healing her wound. I have been taking her once a week and the nurses are amazing, Dr Mullington is the best, he is older and full of knowledge. The team is very caring and knowledgeable and they all work together to help my mom. I feel so lucky to work with them in healing my moms wound. Thank you Ilene, Sosseh, Rachel, Dr, Mullington.

My mother was admitted into this hospital about 5 months ago the staff is HORRIBLE they left my mother sitting in her soiled sheets for 3 hours and were extremely rude and unprofessional. They ended up admitting her to Berkley post acute {that place in itself is horrible} and the first week of her stay there was a doctor that went all the way to the rehab facility and basically called my mother stupid for wanting to leave, he also said that he did not believe me OR my sister could take care of her and was very unprofessional... read more
