Toured today and the manager that toured us had the NASTIEST attitude. Barely answered any questions, told me “they don’t do that” when I asked about having a co-signer because I’m a student. Don’t enter property management with no interpersonal communication skills.
The staff is excellent and addresses tenant concerns promptly. Manager Terri is a pleasure to work with and is consistently proactive in resolving issues.
