While my initial tour was pleasant and the complex appeared lovely, unfortunately things didn't end up working out for me because this complex does not allow exotic pets, despite the fact that they are completely harmless and have no chance of getting out of their enclosures (I have two ball pythons). I wish I had been aware of this prior to paying $300 to apply. Most of the money was returned, except for $40 which paid for the background check that was performed.
