Very attentive to tenants concerns or issues.
Just wanted to share my gratitude to you all. I lived in River Bridge before and then moved here at Sherman Oaks Gardens since 2018. I’m really happy to be part of this home. Now I moved from the second floor to the first floor in the same building because of convenience for my aging mom and not having the carpet because of our allergies. One major disappointment I have but I have to deal with the main office at some point regarding the manager.
Now that I can compare to other places I've lived at, i can say my experience living here wasn't bad. However, when I moved out, we got charged water damage for "leaving the window open." This is upsetting bc it was not true. A few weeks prior to moving out it rained, and there was a leak through the window. The wall even had water bubbles. So we were living with a loud dehumidifier inside our room. That dehumidifier was still there by the time we moved out.
