Although he appears very young, he is an amazing surgeon who really knows his stuff! I would not hesitate to let him perform orthopedic surgery to any of my family members!
Brilliant and caring surgeon. Took time to explain things to me, told me about options, showed me my x-rays, etc. While labeled as a "disruptive influence" by RQHR he is absolutly there for his patients and exposes the ineffiencies of our health system for what they are. For the Health Region NOT to employ this gentleman would be a grevious mistake.
Dr. Ekert took the time to x-ray, explain the x-ray results and recommend a procedure based on my results. Dr. Ekert has given me a reason to hope my hip pain can be reduced and some regular activities continued.
