I am furious with the service I received from Jupiter Blooms. I called a week in advance, the date was so important to me. I was ordering an arrangement for a Celebration of Life for my 101 year old Aunt who had recently passed. She was remarkable and I wanted something spectacular to reflect that. What I got were the dregs of what was left over in the shop that day. Hands down one of the best florists I’ve used. Lindsey the owner listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. I was needing an arrangement made last minute and she was able to work with my schedule to deliver on time.
Every time I receive my subscription delivery, I have every intention of submitting a review. And every time I try, I end up just staring at my surprise arrangement in awe.
