Don't use Parvez: ignores patient complaints, unpleasant receptionist, doesn't talk w/ patient; Arrived early for paperwork to a small waiting rm w/ a blaring TV. Asked TV to be turned down.; Receptionist said c/wouldn't - no remote or controls Started paperwork; Older couple came in. Man couldn't hear receptionist, complained loudly; He said just unplug; I found plug, unplugged TV: 5 minutes later, receptionist said Dr. wouldn't see me due to disruption. Ha! No session w/ Dr is my silver lining
Sherin S. Parvez is an amazing psychiatrist. She is very understanding, and she worked with me to come up with the best solutions to my concerns. She is not stubborn like my psychiatrist before. She really seems to care about her patients.
Dr. Parvez is a prompt doctor that does not waste your time. She has great knowledge and you don't have to explain the same thing multiple times. Wait time in office is kind of high though.
Took my 12 year old to this woman who basically asked 15 yes/no questions and in 10min had her diagnosed with prescribed meds. This was our first time hearing this of our daughter. Parvez has awful bedside manner and to make matters worse; It has been a nightmare trying to obtain any record/evaluation document with her actual signature. She actually requests a charge of $75 on top of visit fee for a 3 sentence "report". Terrible experience. I would never recommend her to anyone.
Dr Parvez is Outstanding and has helped me enormously. Her spot on diagnosis and ease of talking to and her understanding of my situation has quite honestly saved me and my marriage. He front desk staff is very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Dr Parvez!!!!!!
If you want a dr. To keep asking you to be quiet while she types this dr. Is for you. Felt she was not interested in anything I was going through. Just wanted to write for different meds.
Doc listens to you & she is good at pinpoint diagnosis. Doesn't overmedicate. She discusses medicine options in detail & let's you participate to take decisions actively, which I like the most. Absolutely recommend.
Doctor likes to spend time with her patients and has good knowledge with evidence to help understand your diagnosis. Office gives off very good vibes!
Quick to diagnose, impatient and self absorbed. Extremely disappointed. Will not return.
