The management as technical maintenance department are very professional and very friendly and will help you so right away if you need them. I love this townhouse clean spacious and peaceful.
The manager Sunday is amazing to work with! All of the staff is very friendly and eager to take care of any issue I may have.
I love the space you get here at Sheridan Ridge! The staff has quickly fixed any issues I’ve had and made this a great place to live. I know my Maintenance requests will always get done especially if Giorgi does it! Parking gets a little bit wild but what complex doesn’t. Would recommend anyone to live here!

I have really enjoyed living here, the apartment is spacious and the staff is friendly. I would recommend it but today my AC broke, I called and apparently price brothers can only afford 1 emergency maintenance technician on the weekend. My house is about 85-90 degrees and miserable. The technician was rude and clearly not helpful. I am looking forward to my lease ending and would not recommend living here based on this experience.
