Im going on my 3rd month here and I love it! It's a peaceful community which I love. The homes are beautiful! The ladies in the office are fantastic, super nice. I've contacted them a few time times about questions because im a new resident and they helped me immediately. I would definitely recommend choosing here to live.

We are getting ready to start our second year here. We really love it. We are pretty much close to everything. Maintenance is super responsive and the office staff is very friendly and knowledgable. We have been lucky to find such a great place to call home, especially coming from a place we adored before, but need to leave because we outgrew it.

The price for the size of the townhouse you get is unmatched, like anywhere when something needs maintenance you call the office and ask for a technician. In all the places i have lived from florida, new york and kansas, I have never had such a quick turn around time. Sunday is fantastic and friendly. Their technicians are timely, professional and experienced. Nothing we have had an issue with has gone unaddressed for more than an hour. Have and would continue to recommend!
Price brothers is THE WORST to rent from. I considered moving here but saw what my friend went through. Bed bugs, roaches, constant visits from rooto rooter, termites, never any place to park and the pools where always closed for ‘various reasons’ far to much money a month for such outdated and poorly maintained units.
I love it here!! staff is amazing. grounds are kept and clean. great neighborhood
