I arrived early on a cold, snowy morning. Dr. Lam and staff were already hard at work. Testing was thorough. Dr. Lam reviewed test results and performed his own exam. He keeps good track of my eye health, showed me test results, and answered questions my questions. Overall, this was a pleasant and professional visit.
Friendly, efficient, proficient staff, including doctor. Covid protocols limit potential exposures & streamlines process. Felt safe, protected, appropriately examined, well informed, & treated.

Excellent doctor with a very professional staff and knowledge. He has been our family opthamologist for years. We have always been well taken care of. When a daughter needed professional care in MN he wrote a letter gaining her admission to the U of M dept. of ophthalmology. We have been grateful for his attentive care.
Dr. Lam is very informative about the optical tests being performed and eye health. He took time to carefully explain many details about the visit.

I was taken into a room as soon as I had checked in. I was given several exams by the technician who was very nice. Dr. Lam came in to examine my eyes. He is very thorough and explains things very clearly. Several years ago I had an issue with my eye and he talked to me every day on the phone to make sure it improved. I was impressed that he talked to me and not a technician! I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Lam is an excellent doctor; he explained the cataract surgery process fully and answered any questions. Office personnel are organized, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
